You deserve the best! Beginning Friday, February 5, 2021, we will be upgrading our core banking system to provide you with new banking technology! Due to this upgrade, we will be closed on Saturday, February 6, 2021. On Monday, February 8th, you will experience a new banking system inside of every branch and online!
The technology may change, but the great service and friendly faces will still be the same. We have created a conversion guide with information including; important dates to remember and how you can prepare for the big day! As always, we are here to help. Will there be a period of time where I will not have access to my funds?
You will still have access to your funds. We are planning the conversion over the weekend of February 5th-8th to minimize the impact on you. We always suggest carrying two forms of payment with you to avoid any unplanned disruption of service.
Will the conversion affect my online banking service?
Your online banking access will be suspended at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 5th. On your first login, you will need to re-enroll into online banking. Access to online banking will be available at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, February 8th.
Will my account number(s) stay the same?
Yes. Account numbers in effect on conversion weekend will stay the same. You may also use your existing checks and deposit slips indefinitely.
Will account balances be "real time"?
Yes, when you make a deposit or withdrawal at any location, ATM withdrawal, or debit card purchase, the balance that is available will be updated immediately.
When is Patriots Bank upgrading its core system?
The conversion to our new system will begin on Friday, February 5th, 2021 at 12:00 PM and will be completed by the morning of Monday, February 8th, 2021. We will be closed on Saturday. February 6th, 2021 to process the conversion.
What will happen to my recurring internal transfers?
Most recurring transfers from your internal accounts should convert over.
What is a core system? Why is Patriots Bank upgrading?
The core system is the primary operating system that allows us to transact many of our daily banking functions and help find solutions for your financial goals. After over a year of researching different core systems, we found a partner that could help provide you with the capabilities we’ve never had before! We will be offering more technology and enhanced products and services to better fit your financial needs and accommodate future growth. While exciting enhancements are coming, we promise our most established and traditional banking practices will remain the same.
How do I start depositing through Mobile Deposit?
If you are currently enrolled in Mobile Deposit you will be re-enrolled automatically. If you wish to start using Mobile Deposit please contact your local branch.
How do I access Mobile Banking?
Monday, February 8th, you will need to uninstall the current Patriots Bank Mobile App. Then you will also need to download our new Mobile Banking apps for consumer and/or businesses which will be available for download in the Google Play and the App Store starting on Monday, February 8th. You will need to re-enoll successfully to login to Mobile Banking
Can I continue to use my existing debit card?
You may use your existing debit card until Monday, February 8, 2021. At that time you will need to activate your new card that was sent via mail to the address we have on file.
Patriots Bank ATMs and debit cards will be available for cash withdrawals and purchases throughout conversion weekend. Balance inquires and transfers will not be available during conversion weekend.
Are daily cutoff times staying the same?
NO! Patriots Bank's new transaction cut-off time will now be the end of the day at your local branch.
